| DESCRIPTION(last modified June 26, 2018 )Innsbruck electric tram opened in 1905 (Sudbahnhof-Staatsbahnhof); in 1930 the tram track was adapted due to Innsbruck traffic switch to driving on the right side of the road. Tram last extensions opened in 2012 (Burgerstrasse-Hottinger Au/West; Philippine Welser Strasse-Amras) and 2017 (Hottinger Au/West-Technik West/Peerhofsiedlung); since 2009 all tram lines are exclusively operated by low-floor rolling stock.
 The current tram network consists in 3 lines.
