DESCRIPTION
Bursa transit network includes a moder fast tram/LRT system (Bursaray), a modern ordinary tram line (T1) and an heritage tram line (T3).
Bursa modern LRT system (Bursaray) opened in 2002 (Sehrekustu-Kucuk Sanayi; Sehrekustu-Organize Sanayi) and it was extended in 2008, 2010, 2011 and 2014. It's currently articulated in 2 lines (Line 1 and Line 2) which share a common section from Kestler (east) to Acemler; at Acemler the track branches in north-western direction (Acemler-Emek section, belonging to Line 1) and western direction (Acemler-Universite, belonging to Line 2). Bursaray track is mostly ground level.
Tram T1 is a modern circular tram line opened in 2013, running in the old town; the loop connects the Stadium to Gazcilar and back. T1 interchanges with Bursaray at Osmangazi and Demirtaspasa.
The heritage tram line T3 opened in 2011; it runs from Davutkadi (east) to Zafer Plaza (west).
