| DESCRIPTION(last modified February 23, 2017 )A steam tram line connecting Rochefort (main local municipality, which also includes Han-sur-Lesse village) with Willen opened in 1904. The initial line was extended in 1906 (Han sur Lesse-Grottes de Han branch; this section was temporally closed during 1916-1920 due to world war I damages); Rochefort-Willen was finally closed during 1955-1957.
The only remaining tram route (Han sur Lesse-Grottes de Han) was totally renewed in 1968 (new tram track); in 1989 a new tram loop was opened in Han sur Lesse village centre.
