VILNIUS
Vilnius
In Vilnius a modern LRT network has been planned, based on 3 lines, connecting important suburbs to the city center.
The first line (Line 1) will serve important urban polarities such us from the Cathedral (Katedra), the uptown (Virsuliskes) and the Small Castle (Pilaite); Line 1 will interchange with Line 2 (which is expected to serve the stadium, the railway station and - in a further phase - the airport) at Siaurine stop and Line 3 at Kernaves stop.
