MALMO
Malmo
In 1967 Sweden switched road sense of running from left to right, with important consequencies on the tramway tracks in many towns.
In Malmo the number of "left hand" running tramway lines was reduced, but some routes were running until 1973, the year of the complete closure.
One heritage line was restored in service in 1987 (only on sunday -occasionally on saturday- during the summer) on the Malmohus slott (Malmo castle) - Stadsbiblioteket (in the hearth of the historical town) route.
