LA-CORUNA
La Coruña
In La Coruna a heritage tramway line was opened in 1997 (5.1 km); it runs only in the summer (during week-end), while in the rest of the year it works only during the holidays.
The track is parallel to the coast and links Castillo de San Anton to Estadio Riazor (stadium), passing through Torre de Hercules. The operating rolling stock is constituted by 5 trams: n. 27 (cream color), n. 32 (yellow color), n. 57 (green/yellow color), n. 100 and n. 1001 (both blue color). N. 27 and n. 32 are copies of the original vehicles, n. 100 and n. 101 are old Lisbon trams converted from 900 mm to metric gauge, while n. 57 stands at the depot.
