High Deba region, in Guipuzcoa district (Basque Country), is going to realize a modern LRT system connecting Bergara, Arrasate and Aretxabaleta (50.000 inhabitants potentially involved). The track will be mostly ground level, with short tunnel and viaduct sections; in a second phase it could be extended from Aretxabaleta to Eskoriatza with a further possible stretch from San Prudentzio to Onati.
