Bern
Bern tramway network (opened at the end of XIX century) has been extended on December 2010 with the so-called Bern West Tram addiction. It consists in a 7 km extension, which mostly lays along 2 former trolleybus lines alignement. The new track is connected to the existing tram system by a common section ((Kaufmannischer Verband-Hunterfuhrung) which branches in 2 stretches. The northern one serves Bethlehem area and terminates at Brunnen, connecting the high speed railway station and a shopping and leisure center, the southern one runs along a pre-existing trolleybus track terminating at Bumpliz.
