DESCRIPTION
The first Bratislava tram line opened in 1895 and from that date tram has been continuosly operated. Part of the network (city centre- railway station route) was temporally closed in 2011 due to its poor conditions (no reopening date has been defined at the moment); Safarikovo nam.-Jungmanova extension opened on July 2016. The current network consists in 11 lines.
